Roadmap Development

A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) was in development, and the business needed to future‑proof it. We were tasked with identifying the next roadmap initiatives to win in the space. My responsibilities included:

  • Synthesizing learnings to date to inform the roadmap

  • Identifying knowledge gaps to shape future research initiatives

  • Developing now‑next‑later frameworks to prototype and test the roadmap through multiple stakeholder workshops
