Roadmap Development

At Milwaukee Tool, a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) was in development, and the business wanted to future-proof it. Our goal was to define the next roadmap initiatives to win in the space. My role included:

  • Synthesizing existing learnings to inform the roadmap

  • Identifying knowledge gaps to guide future research

  • Creating now‑next‑later frameworks and testing the roadmap through stakeholder workshops
